First, I’m glad they didn’t have their epic kiss at Nora’s grave! Though I must say the music was misleading as hell lmao but what I love about the cheek kiss, is that it really wasn’t necessary but it just came so naturally for him.

How many times have Barry and Iris hugged? I mean!! It’s like a conditioned response for them but the cheek kiss has never been apart of that. It felt so natural and just impromptu and I loved that! It’s the little things in relationships that make my heart race especially with Barry and Iris like holding each others faces, Iris doing that in 1×23 and E2 Iris in 2×13 and when Barry did it in 1×15. And even caressed her cheek (I was dying) tightly gripping hands (first time in 1×20 made me squeal) Barry taking Iris’ hand and placing it on his heart with “it’s still beating” like the little things damnit !! Even Iris clutching her chest and gasping audibly when after Barry’s speech (mind you that boy has bars Fam) it honestly reveals just how deep their love goes and it makes the buildup to the epic kiss even better and even when we do have that we’ll have all the little things to and I want to see them all when they’re in a fully fledged relationship!
