new friendships and relationships and bonds may be fun, but they’re no MerDer, no Slexie, no Meredith and Lexie, no Meredith and Christina, no Mark and Derek, no Mark and Callie, no Georgie, no Izzie. The show is lacking what made it great and watching it now has become sad, knowing it used to be so much better with so many iconic characters/relationships that are now long gone/dead. it makes you face the facts that even the greatest things come to an end :(. honestly even rewatching the show now is difficult because you know how it eventually ends, with Lexie/Mark/Derek dead and Christina gone.
